I'm perfact, a scarey doll, and Children's day

o

I'm Perfact! book at a store called Artbox here in Seoul.  Oh the irony...

Here are the first cherry blossoms I saw his spring back at the end of March.

Here are a couple of creepy dolls from learning center at school.  I talked to the head Korean teacher and they got new dolls that are a lot less scarey.

I started hiding the doll below in the office.  I started with hiding this doll in another teacher's bag.  Whenever someone at school finds the creepy doll they have to hide it somewhere else.  This doll has been hidden in purses, the microwave, regrigerator, freezer, desk drawer, baskets and many more places.

Here is a bird on Brittany's bike while we are
 at Olympic Park.

This shirt reminded me of my dog Bella.  "The Orginal Party Animal"    Bella is more like the "Wimpy Party Animal"

Here we are walking to the playground.  I tell the students to walk on the gray line.

Here is the film crew for Avengers 2 at Olympic Park on day.

Only in Korea does the Pots and Pans store come to you.

Here is a beautiful mullet I saw on my way home from work.

Does your gym have horseback riding?  Well mine does.

Here is a cute cat I saw over at city hall while on the way to chorus rehearsal one day.

Here are some pictures of the kids at play.  Some of the pictures are from the playground and some are from learning center: Doctor's Office.

Here are some pictures from Children's Day at school.  A bubble guy came here to school and oh boy did the kids have fun!

We had off school for Children's day so I went to Seoul Chilren's Grand Park. Here are a few pictures.  I will have to go back because there is a zoo, amusement park, marine life and so on at the park.  It is only 4 subway stops away!  So it is very close.

Here are some pictures of Cheonggyecheon stream.  It was a stream a long time ago but it was covered by a raised highway road.  After spending $900 million the stream open in 2005.  It is now quite a beautiful place to go walk in the city.

There are many lanterns around for Buddha's birthday.

If you get a coin in the center your wish will come true!  It is rare to see a stream that encourages people to throw coins in it and even has a coin machine.  I guess it's better to have one spot where coins are tossed as opposed to the entire stream.

Here is Tagol park where the Koreans started their independence protests against the Japanese occupation.
