The Apartment

Here are the windows in the apartment.

Here is the view out of the windows.

Here is the building across the street.

Here is looking out of the balcony down six stories.

This is the building across the street from me.

Another view from the balcony.

Here is how I get into my apartment.  All I do is enter my pin number and I can get in.  I have no keys to carry with me ever and I don't have to worry about getting locked out of my apartment.

A robot decal I got to go around the light switch.

The stove cooktop.  I just turn on the gas and then turn the knob and the burner lights.

A funny decal for the bathroom, Twinkle my tooth.

This is my favorite decal, Cheer Up!!! that bowel movement is almost over!

Here's the bathroom, as you can see the shower and toilet are quite close.  Also, it can get moldy in the the bathroom, so it's important to clean.  Actually many of the teachers said in the summer it is so humid that mold can be a problem.  the bathroom door is moldy on the bottom, so I wrapped the door with packing tape to seal the mold in.  haha

The living room, bedroom.  The bathroom door is to the right.

Another decal I got for the door.  Shhhhh! the baby is slipping!

Planting Cabbages Field Trip

This is my school's recent field trip to plant cabbages.  We will return to the farm in two months to pick our cabbages and then we will make kimchi.

This was an efficient Korean field trip.  We got the students on the busses.  We went to the farm in less than ten minutes.  The students were handed a cabbage plant, told to smile, they put the plant in the hole and added dirt, then had a picture with their teacher, back on the bus and back to school.  Total time for the field trip was about 30 minutes..... 45 if you count all the hand washing and going to the bathroom.

You have to admit the kids are cute with their cabbages.

The Seoul Subway

There is a short video at the end, so read on.
Enjoy the interesting and unique subway in Seoul.
An octopus trying to get on a subway car.

This is one of the many random posters on the Seoul Subway.  No it's not anti-octopus.  It's warning people to not be crushed in the subway car doors, ouch that would hurt, haha.

You can see the first octopus hit its head and
the other one is getting strangled.

And yes, no drunk crabs on the subway.

There are some crazy or unusual ads in the subway,
Here are some of them...
 Can you feel the fat?

Ok, This Poster says "Never Ending Climax"   Wow I want to go to that water park, don't you?   Also, you can't see, but the water river is called, "Extra Wide River"
O

Nice Hat

Waiting for the Train.  Notice there are doors at the platform.  This is different than New York City where people can fall to their death on the tracks.  In Seoul, the glass platform doors don't open until the subway train car doors open; Yeah no death!

Look Lirio DiMenichi, They are advertising adventures in the Philiines.

I think this is for a dating site.

Here are gas masks in case there is a fire or attack in the subway.

Other random subway pictures.

Notice, Everyone is on their phone.

Here is a short video of the subway.
